What is cyllo Success Pack?
The Cyllo Success Pack is a paid ERP implementation service covering deployment, configuration, data migration and go-live support. A dedicated consultant works alongside your team from kickoff to launch, so the system is set up correctly the first time.
ERP training is included at every tier. Sessions are role-based, so finance, sales, warehouse and HR staff each learn the modules they use, and your team can run Cyllo day to day without depending on outside help after go-live.
Configuration and customisation adapt Cyllo to how you already work. Consultants map your workflows, set up approval rules, price lists and reports, and build the custom fields and views your processes need.
Technical support runs throughout the implementation. Raise an issue and reach a named contact who already knows your configuration, instead of restarting from scratch in a general queue every time something needs attention.
Support continues after launch. Post go-live reviews check the configuration still fits as your business changes, and any remaining hours can go towards optimisation, additional training or bringing new modules online as you grow.

The Success Pack covers a defined range of Cyllo services: implementation, configuration, customisation, integration, app development, data migration, and functional and technical support, delivered by the Cyllo team.

Hours are purchased upfront and drawn down as work is delivered. Each tier includes a set allocation — 25 hours for Team, 80 for Standard and 190 for Business — tracked and reported so you can see the balance.

Third-party licence fees, paid hosting and hardware are not included in the Success Pack. Work falling outside the covered services can be quoted separately and agreed in writing before it begins.
